This Privacy Policy applies to the Weedplates mobile application (the “App”), Weedplates.com (the “Website”) and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, user conferences, etc.) you may have with Weedplates. If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the App, Website or any other aspect of Weedplates’ business.

Information We Collect And Receive

Weedplates does not Collect and Receive any Customer data from the Mobile App. We also do not receive any Customer Information about your purchase of the App from the App store. The Weedplates' Website may track users via Google Webmaster tools but we do not provide any Customer information to anybody for any reason, unless required by applicable law.

How We May Use Information

Customer Data may be used by Weedplates in accordance with Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and Customer’s use of the App's functionality, and as required by applicable law. Weedplates uses Other Information in furtherance of our legitimate interests in operating our App, Website and business. More specifically, Weedplates uses Other Information: • To provide, update, maintain and protect our App, Website and business. This includes use of Other Information to support delivery of the Services under a Customer Agreement, prevent or address service errors, security or technical issues, analyze and monitor usage, trends and other activities or at an Authorized User’s request. • As required by applicable law, legal process or regulation. • To communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions. If you contact us, we may use your Other Information to respond. • To send emails and other communications. We may send you service, technical and other administrative emails, messages and other types of communications.

Data Retention

Weedplates does not retain Customer Data.

How We Share And Disclose Information

Weedplates does not Share nor Disclose any Customer information.

Age Limitations

To the extent prohibited by applicable law, Weedplates does not allow use of our App and Websites by anyone younger than 17 years old.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

Weedplates may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Laws, regulations and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or we may make changes to our business. We will post the changes to this page and encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, Weedplates will provide additional notice, such as via email or through the Services. If you disagree with the changes to this Privacy Policy, you should uninstall the App and not visit the Weedplates website.
